Passover Celebrations

Students and staff from across Salford City College attend special Passover celebrations at the Eccles Centre this year.

A special lunch was prepared for the celebrations and guests were also treated to music from local school children.

Passover is celebrated by those of the Jewish faith and commemorates the story of the Exodus, in which the ancient Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt.

All in attendance had a thoroughly enjoyable time and already look forward to the further celebrations of faith to be organised by Konnekt To Faith, the college chaplaincy.
